1. What shipping methods do you use?
We ship all items by USPS, EMS, TNT, UPS or FedEx to customers all over the world. Note: USPS, EMS, TNT, UPS or FedEx does’t deliver on weekends or National holidays.(USPS, EMS shipping speed will delay because of COVID-19!!)
Usually it will take 7-15 days for delivery.
Product that contains Electricity needs 20 days for shipping!
If you need fast shipping, please contact us(email@example.com)! We would ship it by UPS, FedEx, TNT in 10 days. For US,CA,MX,AU,NZ, add $10 for fast shipping.
For other charged shipping fee countries, it will take 7-10 days.(Ship by UPS, FedEx, TNT)
2. Can you ship to a P.O. BOX address?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to any P.O. Box addresses. We require all customers to provide us with an actual address so that we can ensure your products will reach you safely.
3. Do I need to sign my order?
FedEx and UPS Express Air couriers both require a signature, therefore please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.
4. How can I track my order after it has been shipped out?
After we ship the order out, we will email you a tracking number, which you to follow up directly on the chosen couriers website.

5. Which holidays do you observe?
Orders can be submitted via our website, but will not be processed or counted as in-transit on the following major holidays and company closures(listed below):
